Return and Refund Policy

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite
You to review our policy on returns and refunds.
The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased from
Us.

Interpretation
 
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined
under the following conditions.
 
The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether
they appear in singular or in plural.
 
Definitions
 
For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:
 
· You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
 
· Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to:
AirPhysio Global.
 
· Service refers to the Website.
 
· Website refers to AirPhysio Global, accessible from http://www.airphysioglobal.com
 
· Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
 
· Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
 
 
Your Order Cancellation Rights
 
You are entitled to return your Order within 30 days of receipt should the product not operate and provide results to your expectations.
 
In order to exercise your right of return You must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement using the following email address: help@airphysioglobal.support
Goods which are returned without prior approval will not be reimbursed.
 
 
The deadline for returning an Order is 30 days from the date on which You
received the Goods, or on which a third party You have appointed, who is not
the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.
 
 
If your return is approved We will reimburse your payment, minus our associated costs, no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods and they are restocked. 
We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order.
No more than the following costs will be deducted from your refund for returned Goods. The amount deducted will depend on our associated costs and the reason for the return:

Canada CAD25 (If customers sends product back as RETURN TO SENDER, they will be charged an additional USD 15 so they must send product back using their own courier)
US US$20   
UK GBP10
Ireland GBP15
Europe Euros15
Australia AUD15
NZ AUD20
 
 
Conditions for Returns
 
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return the following conditions apply:
· The Goods were received in the last 30 days
 
The following Goods cannot be returned:
· When You, the customer, has a change of mind and/or circumstances after the Goods have been shipped or processed ready for shipment. If the Goods have not been shipped or processed ready for shipment, we may be able to refund.
 
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
 
 
Returning Goods
 
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. 
 
With various warehouse locations around the world, please contact us for
instructions.
 
We are not responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment.
We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable
to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received
return delivery.
Goods that do not meet the above ‘Conditions of Return’ will not be reimbursed.
 
 
Exchanges
 
We only replace Goods you received that are defective or damaged.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately by email if your item is defective or damaged. help@airphysioglobal.support
 
 
Incorrect address
 
When You, the customer, enters an incorrect delivery address on your order and your Goods are returned to our warehouse as ‘undeliverable’, We will issue a refund less our shipping costs (as above). You will be responsible for placing a new order.
 
Duplicate or Multiple Orders

When You, the customer places duplicate or multiple Orders that are deemed to be unintentional (e.g. minutes apart), and we are not able to cancel them, the unopened Goods can be returned to us for a full refund providing that You, the customer, keeps one of the orders.
Duplicate or multiple Orders that are deemed to be intentional can be returned unopened and unused for a refund less our shipping costs.
